FAQ

Withdrawal — frequently asked.

Is Withdrawal free?

Yes — the Withdrawal action page is free to read. The companion app is free to install. You only pay if you choose to enter a paid contest inside the app.

How long does withdrawal take?

It depends on the action. Most flows complete in under 6 minutes; KYC + first withdrawal can take up to 24 hours for manual review.

What documents do I need for withdrawal?

A valid PAN, Aadhaar (for address verification) and a bank account or UPI ID in your name.

Can I take a break after withdrawal?

Yes. Open the responsible play tab and set a self-exclusion period — activation is immediate and confidential.

Is withdrawal legal in my state?

Most Indian states allow paid fantasy contests. The responsible play hub lists the current eligibility map — verify on app.

Withdrawal · step-by-step

Five stages from cash wallet to bank account.

Stage 1 — Open wallet

Tap the wallet icon on the home screen. Your cash balance is shown above the bonus balance. The withdrawal button is visible only if you have a positive cash balance and have completed KYC.

Stage 2 — Enter amount

Enter the withdrawal amount. The minimum is ₹100. The maximum is your verified KYC limit (default ₹10,000/day for new users, lifted to ₹1 lakh after extended KYC). The app will surface a warning if you try to exceed the daily cap.

Stage 3 — Choose method

Pick UPI or bank IMPS. UPI is faster — usually under 30 seconds. IMPS takes up to 1 hour. Netbanking is not available for withdrawal. Card withdrawals are not supported; if your bank charges a UPI fee, it is deducted from the credited amount.

Stage 4 — Verify with OTP

A second OTP is sent to your registered mobile. Enter it on the verification screen. The OTP is valid for 5 minutes. If it expires, tap resend — the new OTP overrides the old.

Stage 5 — Receipt and audit

The app generates a withdrawal receipt with a unique reference number. The receipt is stored in your in-app inbox and emailed to your registered address. The desk's audit trail records the receipt against your player ID for compliance.

Why is my withdrawal pending KYC review?

If the desk's automated check flags a mismatch — name spelling, Aadhaar number, bank name — the withdrawal is held for manual review. Median review time is 4 hours. You can speed it up by re-uploading the document that triggered the flag.

Can I withdraw bonus cash directly?

No. Bonus cash must complete the rollover first. After rollover, the converted cash is withdrawable. The bonus wallet shows your rollover progress as a percentage — when it hits 100%, the bonus converts to cash automatically.

What if my bank rejects the IMPS?

IMPS rejections are rare but possible. The most common cause is a name mismatch — the bank account name must match your PAN name exactly. If rejected, the cash returns to your IPL Super Contest wallet within 24 hours.

Is there a withdrawal fee?

IPL Super Contest does not charge a withdrawal fee. Your bank may charge a small IMPS or UPI fee — verify with your bank. The credited amount is the requested amount minus any bank fee.

How often can I withdraw?

There is no published cap on the number of withdrawals per day, but each is subject to the per-transaction and daily KYC limits. Most users withdraw once a week. Multiple small withdrawals are allowed but discouraged because each one re-triggers KYC checks.
